For instance, orders might need additional fraud verification either from internal resources or external services like Signifyd. Orders can additionally flow into shipping services like ShipStation and automatically be tagged as you see fit.
PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS
Nox Solutions eCommerce platform uses Machine Learning to recommend products that your customers will want to buy as they browse your site. These recommendations are generated and delivered as customers browse products, add to cart, and checkout, and they will increase your AOV significantly. They can also be inserted into transactional emails like order and shipping confirmations. We also offer explicitly defined product and category level recommendations. For example, when merchandising, you can create direct links between two products or add a digital product to all products in a particular category.
LOYALTY & REWARDS
The Nox Solutions eCommerce Platform includes a very robust loyalty and rewards module for any desired action on the site. Actions are assigned points, which can be redeemed at pre-determined levels for store credits. Points are typically given for purchasing products, sharing with friends, writing reviews, and any other actions you desire.
KITTING & BUNDLING
The platform allows for sophisticated merchandising programs to utilize the concept of kitting and bundling. This enables a collection of items to be tied together as part of a kit or a bundle so that it can be sold at a discounted price or set up to earn additional shopping points. Kits are individual unique products that are grouped together to create a single listing. Bundles group multiples of the same product into a single listing. Kits and bundles can also be comprised of or include digital goods. You can also create a virtual kit with inventory that's spread out between multiple warehouses, where the system will create multiple pick tickets. Kits and bundles are an excellent means of increasing your visibility on marketplaces, reducing SKU-specific competition, as well as increasing your AOV.
