We are looking for a responsible and efficient Office Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and research related tasks. This position reports directly to the CEO and is a great opportunity for an autonomous self-starter to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Research and data modeling for new and currently existing business initiatives and projects.
  • Using various software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and CRMs.
  • Handling new vendor inquiries and assisting in the vendor vetting process.
  • Making travel arrangements as required.
  • Performing various reporting duties.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Keen ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks on a continuous basis.

  • Degree in Business Administration a plus.
  • Familiarity with business concepts is a plus.
  • Prior experience at a Legal, Media or an eCommerce company a major plus.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and GSuite required.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and business tax responsibilities a plus.
  • Proficient in typing with a minimum of 55 WPM.
